What We Provide
The Fabulous is a local news aggregation and editorial service covering Las Vegas and Clark County, Nevada. Content is provided for informational purposes. We strive for accuracy but make no warranties about the completeness or timeliness of any information.
Your Use of the Site
You may read, share, and link to our content freely. You may not scrape the site in bulk, republish our original writing without attribution, or use our content in a way that misrepresents its source.
Email Subscriptions
By subscribing, you agree to receive the daily digest and occasional service emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
Advertising
The Fabulous accepts advertising from businesses serving Las Vegas and Clark County. Advertisers — whether buying through our self-serve advertiser dashboard or any other channel — agree to our Advertising Guidelines, which set out what categories we accept, what we won't run, content and creative standards, indemnification, editorial independence, and our right to reject or remove any advertisement at our discretion. The current Advertising Guidelines are incorporated into these Terms by reference and may be updated from time to time at thefabulous.news/ad-guidelines.
Promotional Advertising Credits
From time to time we offer promotional advertising credits to qualifying businesses — for example, the launch-period $400 credit described at thefabulous.news/offers. Unless the specific promotion terms say otherwise, all promotional credits are subject to the following:
- Credits are promotional discounts, not sweepstakes prizes. No element of chance is involved.
- Credits are limited to one per business, where "one business" is determined by Sponsor in its reasonable discretion based on legal entity, EIN, business license, primary address, primary owner, or any combination thereof.
- Credits have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, are not transferable, and are not refundable.
- Credits apply only to advertising consideration we directly invoice on The Fabulous, and only until the stated expiration date. Any unused balance expires with the credit.
- We reserve the right to verify eligibility, suspend credits pending verification, and revoke any credit — in whole or in part — that we determine in our reasonable judgment was issued to an ineligible claimant, was a duplicate claim by the same underlying business, was obtained through fraud or misrepresentation, or has been transferred, resold, or otherwise misused.
- Credits are void where prohibited by law.

Intellectual Property
The Fabulous name, logo, and all original content published by The Fabulous are owned by VGM LLC. Third-party content (articles sourced from other newsrooms) remains the property of its respective owners and is used under applicable licenses or fair use principles.
Press releases and supplied photographs
A substantial portion of the news we publish is sourced from press releases that the originator has made publicly available — through wire services, PR distribution networks, official organization channels, or direct submission. By distributing a press release to The Fabulous, by any of those means, the originator represents and warrants that they hold all necessary rights to the release text, headlines, embedded images, photographs, logos, graphics, video stills, and other materials included with it, and grants VGM LLC and The Fabulous an irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, worldwide license to publish, republish, reformat, excerpt, edit for length and clarity, syndicate, archive, and otherwise use those materials in connection with our editorial and promotional coverage of the subject matter, in any medium now known or later developed.
This license includes the right to crop, resize, color-correct, and overlay graphics on supplied photographs as required by our layout, and to retain copies in our archives indefinitely regardless of whether the underlying article remains published.
When a press release supplies photo credit, source attribution, or caption text, we make a good-faith, best-effort attempt to display that credit with the image. We cannot guarantee perfect attribution where the underlying release omits, garbles, or contradicts itself on credit information. If a photograph supplied with your press release has been published here without the credit you intended, email corrections@thefabulous.news with the article URL and the correct credit, and we will update promptly.
If you believe material to which you hold rights has been published on The Fabulous without authorization — including a photograph that was distributed with a press release by someone other than the rights holder — send a takedown request to legal@thefabulous.news identifying the URL, the specific material, and your basis for the claim. We respond to valid notices, including those submitted under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), within a reasonable time.
Nothing in this section transfers ownership of the underlying photograph or material to VGM LLC. The rights granted above are a license to publish; the photographer or originator retains copyright in their work.
Limitation of Liability
The Fabulous is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on any information published here.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
