The Southern Highlands Fall Festival returns Saturday, Oct. 17, bringing a free afternoon of autumn activities to Goett Family Park from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The all-ages event will feature a pumpkin patch, inflatable games and slides, rock wall climbing, face painting, crafts, Bingo, a costume contest, raffle, food trucks and a Vendor Village. Live entertainment will run throughout the day, with World Acro LV performing at 11:30 a.m., 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.

According to event organizers, proceeds from the festival will benefit the Southern Highlands Boys & Girls Club and its programs serving local youth. Brittany Kincaid, Events Manager, said the festival has become an important tradition for the neighborhood.
"The Fall Festival has become a tradition that really captures what makes Southern Highlands such a special community," Kincaid said. "It's a chance for neighbors to spend the day together, enjoy everything we love about the season and, at the same time, support the Boys & Girls Club and the important work it does for young people in our community."
The festival opens at 11 a.m. and concludes at 3 p.m. Goett Family Park is located in the Southern Highlands area of Las Vegas.
