Pinkbox Doughnuts is rolling out a Halloween-themed collection featuring more than a dozen flavors, available starting Thursday, Oct. 8 through Saturday, Oct. 31, for online orders and in-store purchases at all 15 Southern Nevada and Utah locations.
The lineup has become one of the shop's most popular seasonal offerings each year. Flavors include the Halloween Mummy, a chocolate frosted raised doughnut filled with cookies 'n cream whip and topped with Oreo crumble; the Spider Ring, a pink ube cake doughnut with spider web décor and a spider ring toy; and Chocolate Jack, a white frosted raised doughnut filled with chocolate whip and topped with Jack Skellington décor.
Other offerings include the Booo (white frosted ghost with ghost décor), The Vampire (glazed raised doughnut with vampire teeth toy), Frankie Bar (green frosted bar with Frankenstein décor), Creepy Crawler (orange frosted doughnut topped with a glazed chocolate Pee Weez and spider décor), and Halloween Ring (purple frosted vanilla cake with Halloween sprinkles).
Additional flavors in the collection are It's Ya Birthday, Strawberry Mummy Doughsicle, Pink People Eater, Vampire Pooh, and Halloween Pee Weez.
The October Doughnut of the Month, available from Oct. 1 through Oct. 31, is Apple of My Eye—a red frosted raised doughnut filled with apple pie filling, topped with peanuts, and drizzled with caramel. The company said it was inspired by a popular Halloween party treat.
Pinkbox Doughnuts, established in 2012, has been recognized by Las Vegas Weekly as "All-Time Best Doughnuts" and by the Las Vegas Review-Journal as "Best Doughnuts" in its "Best of Las Vegas" awards for several consecutive years. The chain operates 15 locations and offers more than 70 doughnut varieties, including trademarked creations like the Pooh and Peace. Select locations operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The company also runs a doughnut truck for parties and special events.
