Las Vegas Distillery is hosting an expansive lineup of events throughout October, combining themed parties, holiday activities, and culinary experiences with craft cocktails.
The month kicks off with the Bloody Mary Bar on October 11 from 10am to 2pm, the distillery's monthly recurring event held on the second Sunday. Guests pay $10 per cocktail and choose between Las Vegas Distillery Vodka or Gin as their base, then customize their drink at a self-serve bar featuring spices, seasonings, hot sauces, juices, and garnishes. The kitchen will offer Eggs Bourdain with fried Mortadella on a Kaiser roll, "Sh*t on a Shingle" with house-cured braised beef brisket, and cinnamon coffee cake with bourbon caramel. Live music and specials on Coffee Liquor Old Fashioneds, Espresso Martinis, and Vodka Mimosas round out the event.
On October 17, the distillery transforms into a Rocky Horror Picture Show venue for a free viewing party beginning at 6pm, with the film screening at 7pm. Guests are invited to wear costumes. Themed cocktails include Frank N. Furter's Pigs in a Blanket with Magenta BBQ and Columbia's Gold sauces, and Time Warp PB&J sauce. The distillery will set up a concession stand with complimentary popcorn, handmade lip-shaped lollipops, birthday hats, and sunglasses.
Halloween activities span three days. On October 29, a Chocolate Cookie Haunted House Decorating event runs from 6-8pm for $40 per ticket, including a decorating kit, two cocktails, Halloween treats, and a cake board. October 30 brings Pumpkin Carving from 6-8pm for $30, which includes a pumpkin, supplies, tools, Halloween treats, and one cocktail. On Halloween night, October 31, the distillery hosts a costume contest with live music from Sandy Knights, Halloween treats, and prizes of distillery gift cards and merchandise.
Every Wednesday from 3-9pm, the distillery offers complimentary Midweek Supper Club meals prepared by Chef Jared. October's menus include Filipino Chicken Adobo on the 7th, Spaghetti alla Bolognese on the 14th, Three Sisters Enchilada Bake on the 21st, and Pulled Pork Bourbon Mac & Cheese on the 28th. All dishes are served family-style and pair with cocktails and flights.
The distillery is also offering free tours on the first Wednesday and Thursday of each month, with tours typically 50% off for locals. The venue is open Wednesday-Thursday from 3-9pm, Friday 3-10pm, Saturday 2-10pm, and Sunday 2-8pm, with Happy Hour weekdays from 3-5pm.
