Hard Rock Cafe Las Vegas is uniting guests and team members throughout October to support breast cancer awareness, research, and patient services as part of Hard Rock International's 27th annual PINKTOBER campaign.
Visitors to the cafe at 3771 Las Vegas Boulevard South can contribute in several ways. Guests can add a pink ribbon to the cafe stairway with a minimum $1 donation or round up their check using the Crank It Up! donation option. The cafe is also offering limited-time menu items designed for the campaign, including the Pink Power Bowl (grilled salmon with quinoa, farro, arugula, roasted beets, and lemon whipped feta), Pink Smash Guitar Dessert (a shareable pink chocolate guitar with strawberry creme and fresh berries), Berry Lychee Spritz (non-alcoholic ginger beer, lychee puree, and basil), and Hibiscus PinkRITA (a margarita-style cocktail with Teremana Blanco tequila and hibiscus syrup).
A limited-edition PINKTOBER 2026 retail collection is available for purchase, featuring T-shirts, hoodies, stickers, and a collectible STRONGER TOGETHER pin. Net proceeds from the merchandise collection support Native American women and families affected by breast cancer through the American Indian Cancer Foundation. The STRONGER TOGETHER pin was created by Seminole Tribe of Florida artist Theron Osceola and honors both PINKTOBER and Native American Heritage Month in November.
Throughout October, Hard Rock Cafe Las Vegas is hosting special events and live performances, including Drag Brunch Las Vegas, Breakfast Amplified, Brunch with a View, and Bottomless Mimosas experiences available through Open Table.
The cafe is also offering 20% off food, non-alcoholic drinks, and Rock Shop retail for guests showing valid convention badges, concert tickets, or local sporting event tickets.
According to Hard Rock, the global PINKTOBER campaign has raised more than $15 million to date. The initiative reflects Hard Rock's commitment to the principles "Love All Serve All" and "All Is One," uniting communities across Hard Rock Hotels, Casinos, Cafes, Rock Shops, and digital platforms.
