The Vegas Golden Knights open a four-game East Coast road trip Monday against the Boston Bruins at TD Garden, with puck drop scheduled for 4 p.m. PT.

The Golden Knights enter the matchup with a 9-5-1 record, sitting second in the Pacific Division with 19 points. Boston arrives with a 10-4-1 mark, holding first place in the Atlantic Division and fourth overall in the league.

Vegas will look to build momentum after a 5-2 loss to the New Jersey Devils on Friday. The Golden Knights struck first through a Mark Stone power-play goal, and Ivan Barbashev added another to give Vegas a brief 2-1 lead, but New Jersey scored four unanswered goals to decide the game.

Several Golden Knights are approaching significant milestones. Mark Stone needs five more points to become the franchise's all-time scoring leader. Brayden McNabb is one point away from 200 NHL career points, while Shea Theodore is four games away from 600 games in a Golden Knights uniform. Mitch Marner, who is currently on a nine-game point streak—tied for second in the league—is five points away from 100 career Golden Knights points.

Jack Eichel leads the team with 20 points (7 goals, 13 assists), followed by Stone with 17 points and Marner with 15 points. Ivan Barbashev and Trevor Connelly round out the top five scorers.

Boston's offense is led by David Pastrnak with 19 points. The Bruins are coming off a 5-4 overtime win against Chicago after dropping two consecutive road games. Both of Boston's starting goaltenders—Michael DiPietro and Jeremy Swayman—rank among the league leaders in save percentage.

The Golden Knights and Bruins split their two meetings last season. Vegas won 6-5 at home on October 16, 2025, with William Karlsson scoring twice. Boston earned a 4-3 victory in January at TD Garden.

The game will be broadcast on Scripps Sports (The Spot-Vegas network), streamed on KnightTime+, and aired on radio via X 107.9 and 105.7 Maxima.

Head Coach Ryan Craig emphasized the importance of defensive structure heading into the road trip. "It's a mindset to check, and a commitment to close," Craig said Saturday, noting the team must balance mental focus with physical execution throughout 60 minutes.
