America First Credit Union and the Vegas Golden Knights expanded their 10-year partnership with the launch of a co-branded Visa Debit Card, coinciding with the team's season opener against the Chicago Blackhawks on September 29 at T-Mobile Arena.
The card is available at no cost to America First members with a new or existing checking account and can be ordered online, by phone, or at any America First branch. The card features premium materials including a transparent "ice" core and a gloss-coated Golden Knights logo, with gold Visa accents. Member information is imprinted on the back, keeping the front free to prominently display the team branding.
Cardholders unlock exclusive benefits throughout the season, including 10% off total purchases at any official Golden Knights Team Store, discounts to select games, open skate session opportunities at City National Arena, and special VGK experiences.
"America First Credit Union is proud to celebrate 10 years as a founding partner of the Vegas Golden Knights," said Thayne Schafer, President & CEO of America First Credit Union. "This new affinity card is the perfect way for Golden Knights fans to show their support for the team while enjoying the benefits of America First membership."
Bryan Harper, Chief Marketing Officer for the Vegas Golden Knights, called the card a celebration of the partnership's shared commitment. "This new co-branded debit card celebrates that shared commitment while giving our fans another way to show their VGK pride and enjoy benefits throughout the season."
America First Credit Union initiated its partnership with the Golden Knights during the team's inaugural 2017 season. Since then, the relationship has expanded significantly. The credit union also supports the Game Changers program, which recognizes educators throughout the region.
